About our cover:

Alma Garcia spent three years perfecting her artisanal sourdough breads, tortillas, cinnamon rolls, and infused butters before setting up at local markets. On page 24, she shares her vision—a journey of faith and a passion for Texas cottage baking with basically three simple ingredients. With an eye for minimalistic beauty, Alma captures the essence of simplicity and goodness through the taste, presentation and photography of her baked goods. After enjoying an afternoon in her sunny farmhouse kitchen, I am reminded of our humble prayer for God’s provision: “Give us this day our daily bread.”
