EXCITEMENT, TRADITION & COMMUNITY FUN!
As April came to a close, we said goodbye to another breathtaking bluebonnet season, where visitors enjoyed 40 miles of mapped bluebonnet trails—a truly unforgettable experience with nature— but don’t worry, the fun doesn’t stop there! Downtown Ennis comes alive with the Bluebonnet Market, set along the picturesque, tree-lined Dallas Street. This vibrant market runs every Saturday from 8 AM to noon, April through October, offering fresh produce, baked goods, hand-spun pottery, jewelry, clothing, and more. A highlight of the market is the return of our Big Dreams, Little Tables program, now in its second year. This initiative fosters the entrepreneurial spirit in our youngest go-getters, providing hands-on education and an opportunity to sell their very own creations later in the season. The deadline to register is May 27, so don’t miss out on this incredible opportunity for the next generation of business leaders. Alongside the market, families can enjoy Saturday Mornings at Minnie, a unique live entertainment series at 10 AM each Saturday. This year’s lineup includes cultural dance performances, wildlife experts, interactive STEM experiences, magicians, and more!
