Beginning October 1 st , experience the charm of our professionally designed pumpkin patch, boasting thousands of pumpkins, and get lost in the sprawling hay maze open to the public throughout the month. Whether you’re a child or just young at heart, the winding maze promises fun for everyone. The picturesque pumpkin patch also offers an ideal setting for capturing cherished fall family photos. Located at 302 N. Dallas St., this is the must-visit destination for October!

October is also the perfect time to enjoy the Bluebonnet Market as it comes to a close for the season at the end of the month. The Bluebonnet Market, running every Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon, showcases an array of fresh produce, baked goods, handmade pottery, jewelry, clothing, and more. This year, we are thrilled to feature our youngest entrepreneurs through the Big Dreams Little Tables program, where kids who completed our educational program now sell their creations at the market. On October 31st, join us for Downtown Trunk or Treat, hosted by the Ennis Chamber of Commerce, from 6-9 p.m. Children can enjoy trunk-or-treating along with playtime in the hay maze and pumpkin patch.

As October ends, Downtown Ennis begins its enchanting transformation into a Hallmark Christmas scene. Get into the holiday spirit with Shop Small Saturday on November 30th, followed by the festive Lights of Ennis Parade and Block Party, and the Christmas Bluebonnet Market on December 5th. Don’t miss the Lucky’s CC Car Show and Toy Drive on December 7th and the Toys for Tots Toy Drive with Fox 4 on December 9th.
