Summer time is the funnest time of the year!!
We get vacation time, vitamin D from the sun (which stimulates endorphins that just make us happier people) pool time, beach time, family time, cookouts, and more! All those activities are outside, so here what I have to offer you!
The number one tip I can give you about summer time (all year really but summer time is the most crucial) is to make sure you are protecting your self against the sun.
“Sunscreen! At least an spf 30 and no more than spf 50 is necessary. Reapplication is important especially if you’re on vacation and constantly in the sun.”
