Co-owned by Suzann’s son Zack, Relic + Root Interior Design and this dynamic duo are becoming well known for their sense of style, their personalized design services, and the one of a kind finds in their retail store! with a background in painting carpentry, construction, welding and more than 30 years of combined design experience, Suzann and Zack are ready for every challenge!
After 15 years of relocating as the wife of an Air Force officer, Suzann was constantly taking a blank canvas house and making it fell like a well-lived in home. From Washington DC to Italy, the Chambers family created “home” wherever duty took them. Once retired, they decided to live in Midlothian, where Suzann’s dream of owning an interior design store was finally realized. Relic + Root sits conveniently on Business 287 between Midlothian and Waxahachie.
Relic + Root’s services range from design consultations, custom window treatments, furniture re-finishing, wall stenciling, custom wood plank accent walls, as well as full-space redesigns!
